🎨 HOW I WORK

When you choose to work with me, we confirm all project details in writing — either by email or through a simple message
Here’s how I work:
1. Payment Terms
– All is invoiced upon delivery.
– Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
– All payments are made via:
National Bank of Greece — Εθνική Τράπεζα
IBAN: coming soon
– If the deposit is not received within 14 days, Louéa Creative reserves the right to adjust the quoted price based on current rates and availability.
– Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
2. Delivery of Work
– Final files are delivered digitally via WeTransfer or Google Drive, as agreed before delivery.
– Files are provided in social-media and print-ready formats (JPG, MP4, PDF, or PNG).
– Full commercial usage rights transfer to the client only after full payment is received.
3. Revisions & Refunds
– Each project includes one (1) round of minor edits.
– If the final version is not accepted after one edit, the client may choose either a full refund or one complete redo within 7 days.
– In the case of a refund or redo, any work delivered before that point — including drafts, visuals, captions, or files — may not be used, published, or shared in any form.
– Unauthorized use of refunded or replaced materials will be considered a breach of copyright and service terms.
4. Account Access (for Social Media Management)
– If I post directly to your social accounts, access is granted securely via temporary passwords or role-based invites.
– All credentials are deleted after the project ends and never stored or reused.
5. Ownership & Use
– Until full payment is received, all designs, visuals, and written content remain the intellectual property of Louéa Creative.
– After payment, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
– Louéa Creative retains the right to display the work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Termination
– Either party may terminate the project in writing before final delivery.
– If the client terminates after work has begun, they agree to pay for all completed work up to the termination date, calculated proportionally.
– Any deposits made are non-refundable once design or content work has started, unless termination occurs before work begins.
– If terminated, any draft or unfinished materials remain the intellectual property of Louéa Creative and may not be used, published, or distributed.
– Louéa Creative reserves the right to terminate if the client is unresponsive for more than 10 business days or causes repeated delays. All completed work remains payable.

At Louéa Creative, I value your privacy and only collect the information necessary to communicate and deliver services effectively.
1. What I Collect
When you contact me via form, email, or WhatsApp, I may collect:
– Your name
– Your email address
– The content of your message or project brief
2. How I Use Your Data
Your information is used only to:
– Respond to your inquiries
– Prepare proposals, invoices, or deliverables
– Maintain client communication during our collaboration
I do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
Messages and files are stored securely and deleted once they are no longer needed for project or accounting purposes.
3. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies for functionality.
If analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) are added, a cookie banner will appear to request your consent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing:

A project officially begins only after written confirmation or acceptance of a formal proposal.
3. Accuracy of Information
While I strive to keep information up to date, Louéa Creative is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated content.
Services, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
4. Liability
Louéa Creative is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use or inability to use this website, its content, or external links.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
